The "Master Chef Cooking Course " course is a 1 month immersive program that takes you through a journey of global and Indian cuisines, essential cooking techniques, and professional culinary skills. With hands-on training, this course will prepare you to create a variety of dishes, master food preparation, and understand the fundamentals of menu planning and food costing.

Course Duration and Schedule

  • Total Duration: 1 Month
  • Start Date: Option to start today also, instructor will adjust you to recently started batch. Enroll now
  • Weekly Schedule: 3 days a week (Monday to Saturday) (Choose 3 days a week).
  • Session Length: 4 hours per session.
  • Total Sessions: 15 sessions (60 hours).
  • Timings: 2 pm to 6 pm

  • Learn about ingredient usage and stock preparation.
  • Master types of vegetable cutting for various recipes.

Day 2: Mother Sauces and Dips

  • Prepare classic sauces: Tomato, Bechamel, Mayonnaise, Espagnole, and Velouté.
  • Explore dips like Hummus and Yogurt Cucumber Dip.

Day 3: Cooking Methods and Potato Preparations

  • Practice different cooking techniques with dishes like Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Vegetables, French Fries, and Potato Dauphinoise.

Day 4: Salads and Dressings

  • Learn to prepare refreshing salads: Caprese Salad, Coleslaw, and Greek Salad.

Day 5: Soups and Accompaniment Breads

  • Master soups like Minestrone, Pumpkin Soup, and Lemon Coriander.
  • Create soup sticks for perfect pairings.

Day 6: Mexican Cuisine

  • Explore Mexican favorites: Tacos, Nachos, Refried Beans, Mexican Rice, and Mexican Salsa Curry.

Day 7: Italian Cuisine

  • Learn to make Pasta Dough, Lasagna, Gnocchi, and Italian sauces.

Day 8: Thai Food

  • Dive into Thai culinary delights: Somtam Salad, Pad Thai Noodles, Thai Green Curry, and Jasmine Rice.

Day 9: Chinese Cuisine

  • Prepare popular dishes: Wonton, Wonton Soup, Fried Rice, and Cantonese-Style Cottage Cheese.

Day 10: Indian Gravies – Basics

  • Master foundational Indian gravies like Makhani Gravy, White Gravy, and OTM Masala.

Day 11: Indian Breads

  • Learn techniques to make Laccha Paratha and Naan.

Day 12: Indian Gravies – Advanced

  • Create Paneer Butter Masala and Awadhi Sabji Handi with advanced gravy techniques.

Day 13: Food Costing

  • Understand the importance of food costing for professional and home kitchens.

Day 14: Menu Planning and Budgeting

  • Learn how to create menus and manage budgets for culinary projects.

Day 15: Practical Exam

  • Showcase your skills in a practical evaluation by preparing a menu of dishes learned during the course.
