The "Maestro in Cake Shaping" course is a 15-day comprehensive program that teaches the art of baking, shaping, and decorating cakes. From classic sponges to elaborate tiered fondant cakes, this course combines practical training with professional techniques, enabling students to craft stunning cakes for any occasion.

Course Duration and Schedule

  • Total Duration: 1 Month
  • Start Date: Option to start today also, instructor will adjust you to recently started batch. Enroll now
  • Weekly Schedule: 3 days a week (Monday to Saturday) (Choose 3 days a week).
  • Session Length: 4 hours per session.
  • Total Sessions: 15 sessions (60 hours).

Day 2: Creams and Fillings

Day 3: Piping Practice

  • Develop piping skills for decorating cakes with intricate designs and borders.

Day 4: Whip Cream Cake

  • Assemble and decorate a light and fluffy whip cream cake.

Day 5: Buttercream Cake

  • Learn to frost and decorate cakes with smooth and textured buttercream designs.

Day 6: Ganache Cake

  • Work with chocolate ganache for a rich and glossy cake finish.

Day 7: Classic Cakes

  • Create timeless cake designs for events and special occasions.

Day 8: Semi Fondant Cake

  • Combine fondant and other decorations to craft semi-fondant cakes.

Day 9: Full Fondant Cake (Day 1)

  • Learn the process of covering a cake with fondant and creating clean edges.

Day 10: Full Fondant Cake (Day 2)

  • Practice advanced fondant techniques like sculpting, texturing, and coloring.

Day 11: Tiered Fondant Cake (Day 1)

  • Begin designing a tiered cake, including stacking and structural planning.

Day 12: Tiered Fondant Cake (Day 2)

  • Complete and decorate a stunning tiered fondant cake for weddings or events.

Day 13: Food Costing

  • Understand the importance of calculating costs for cake production and pricing.

Day 14: Menu Planning & Budgeting

  • Plan a professional menu for custom cakes and manage budgets for profitable operations.

Day 15: Practical Exam
