The Diploma in Patisserie Arts is a 6-month intensive program designed to give students a 360-degree hands-on experience in pastry and baking. This course balances theoretical knowledge with practical application, focusing on mastering techniques, exploring ingredients, and achieving excellence in patisserie arts.
