- Weekly Schedule: 3 days a week (Monday to Saturday) (Choose 3 days a week).
- Session Length: 4 hours per session.

- Explore enriched dough techniques with recipes for Donuts, Babkas, and Berlibers.
Day 4: Enriched Dough Breads
- Create indulgent breads like Cinnamon Rolls, Brioche Bread, and Devonshire Buns.
Day 5: Specialty Breads
- Craft iconic breads like Bagels, Pretzels, and Garlic Bread.
Day 6: Accompaniment Breads
- Learn to make versatile breads like Lavash, Breadsticks, and Dinner Rolls.
Day 7: Sourdough Bread
- Dive into the art of sourdough baking, including starter preparation and baking techniques.
Day 8: Croissants (Day 1)
- Begin the croissant-making process with dough preparation and lamination.
Day 9: Croissants (Day 2)
- Complete the croissant journey with shaping, proofing, and baking.
Day 10: Flatbreads
- Bake versatile flatbreads like Kulcha, Pita, and Panini.
Day 11: Artisanal Breads
- Create rustic loaves like Baguette, Ciabatta, and Focaccia.
Day 12: Millet Breads
- Explore healthy alternatives with Millet Breads, including Ragi Bread.
Day 13: Food Costing
- Learn the fundamentals of calculating costs for bread production.
Day 14: Menu Planning and Budgeting
- Design bakery menus and manage budgets for successful operations.
Day 15: Practical Exam
- Showcase your skills by baking a selection of breads learned during the course.
