The "Maestro in Café" course is a hands-on culinary program that focuses on crafting café-style dishes and beverages. From salads and sandwiches to pizzas, desserts, and hot beverages, this course equips you with the skills needed to create a trendy café menu. Whether you’re an aspiring café owner or a food lover, this course will help you master the art of café cuisine.

Course Duration and Schedule

  • Total Duration: 1 Month
  • Start Date: Option to start today also, instructor will adjust you to recently started batch. Enroll now
  • Weekly Schedule: 3 days a week (Monday to Saturday) (Choose 3 days a week).
  • Session Length: 4 hours per session.
  • Total Sessions: 15 sessions (60 hours).
  • Timings: 2 pm to 6 pm

  • Learn to prepare classic café salads: Waldorf Salad, Mustard Potato Salad, and Caesar Salad.

Day 2: Sandwiches and Burgers

  • Craft café staples like Vegetable Burger, Tandoori Paneer Sandwich, and Pesto Vegetable Focaccia Sandwich.
  • Learn to make a perfect burger patty.

Day 3: Pizza

  • Master pizza-making, including Fresh Pizza Dough, Pizza Sauces, and a variety of Pizza Toppings.

Day 4: Pasta

  • Create classic pasta dishes: Penne Alfredo, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, and Fettuccine Puttanesca.

Day 5: Dips and Accompaniment Breads

  • Explore dips like Guacamole, Tzatziki, Hummus, and Tartar Sauce.
  • Learn to make Lavash, breadsticks, and crackers.

Day 6: Mocktails

  • Prepare refreshing mocktails: Fruit-Based Mojito, Juice-Based Mocktail, Syrup-Based Mocktail, Pina Colada, and Bloody Mary.

Day 7: Thick Shakes

  • Master café-favorite thick shakes like Chocolate Shake, Caramel Biscoff Shake, Cold Coffee, Banana Peanut Smoothie, and Fruit-Based Smoothies.

Day 8: Hot Beverages

  • Learn the art of making café-style hot beverages: Cappuccino, Espresso, Americano, Latte, Black Tea, Mochaccino, Macchiato, and Hot Chocolate.

Day 9: Puffs

  • Create puff pastry dough and learn to make Savory Puffs and Vol-au-Vents.

Day 10: Open Sandwiches

  • Prepare stylish open sandwiches: Avocado Toast, Fruit Toast, and Caprese Toast.

Day 11: Cookies and Desserts

  • Bake irresistible Chocolate Chunk Cookies, Double Chocolate Cookies, and Fudge Brownies.

Day 12: Waffles and Pancakes

  • Make trendy waffles and pancakes with two flavors of your choice.

Day 13: Food Costing

  • Learn to calculate the cost of dishes for café operations and profitability.

Day 14: Menu Planning and Budgeting

  • Design a trendy café menu and plan budgets effectively.

Day 15: Practical Exam

  • Showcase your skills by preparing dishes and beverages learned during the course.
